These farmstead cheeses are the real thing. They are made from milk that comes from grass-fed dairy cows that are never fed grain. The milk is not pasteurized. These cheeses have great texture, incredible flavor, and they can actually be considered good for the body. All of these cheeses come in square packages that weigh approximately one-half pound.

Grass-Fed Butter
PastureLand is a small cooperative of family-operated, grass-based, organic dairy farm. Their seasonal butter is made only from milk produced while their cows graze on nutrient-rich living pasture. No antibiotics or hormones, including rBGH/rBST, are used to enhance growth or production. The cream is pasteurized, it is not raw. This is not a major factor for us since we do not consider even organic grass-fed butter to be a primary nutrient source and view it mostly as a flavor enhancer for vegetables and sweet potatoes, etc.. PastureLand Butter, which has the awesome old fashion butter flavor, comes "Lightly Salted" or "No Salt." Please specify when ordering.
